How it works
Share your document with us
We accept documents in any format, as long as we can extract the copy to analyse through our CUE engine. If you want a design and accessibility check, please make sure you also provide the document in the format in which it’s distributed to the customer.
Documents can include Terms and Conditions, Product summaries, customer letters or emails, or any document customers rely on to make decisions.
Once you share your document, we will confirm pricing with you and a timeline to deliver the results.
We analyse and improve the document
We assess every word, sentence and paragraph using CUE’s Customer Understanding Framework, which combines plain English analysis, psycholinguistic assessment, readability scoring and structural review. We identify areas where customers may struggle to understand the information.
Where improvements are needed, we revise the content to improve clarity, while preserving the meaning and regulatory intent.
All changes are documented and justified.
Receive a fully audited output
You will receive:
1) A blackline document showing all CUE changes against your original text
2) A fully audited report, detailing every improvement made
3) Clear rationale for each change, explaining how the update supports Customer Understanding
4) Evidence suitable for compliance, risk and governance review.

Pricing for Product Understanding Reviews varies by project, as it often involves deepeer analysis of product features, risks, costs and decision points.
Factors that will influence costs include:
The complexity of the product or feature being assessed
The number of concepts that need to be tested
Target market segments involved in testing
Whether surveys or one-to-one interviews are required.
We are happy to provide sample reports and example outputs so you can see how a Product Understanding Review works in practice.
